"I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name."
As a child of God, your future is bright, but you must contend for it by faith. This is because the devil will not let you have a great life without a fight. We are told in scriptures to fight the fight of faith, and in 1 John 5:4, we are told that our faith is what gives us the victory over the devil.
In the stages of life we find each to have it's own work, frustrations and joys. Each stage is a process we only get to enjoy for the moment. Too often when we are raising our children, we think the stage will last forever. Lots of people check out in this stage. Divorce is high in this phase. Husbands and wives want to check out. I want to share with you soon to be 45 years of marriage advice, "It really does get better the longer you are married." We laughed Sunday, as I shared with my husband, "It's so great to have a book of history to share from. We have private jokes, sign language, cues, and many memories to make one another laugh and sometimes cry. Enjoy the stage your in because one thing is certain, it is sure to change. So, make the most of the moments.

When God opens a door He will never cause you to compromise or contradict His Word. Many times God will confirm His will through His Word and through others such as godly counsel.
Usually you know it’s an open door from God, when you have to rely on Him. Some people try to do things in the arm of the flesh, but when it’s God’s will, we must ask Him to bless the work of our hands.
We must ask Him to strengthen us and help us daily. If God doesn’t make a way there will be no way. Seek first God’s Kingdom. Open doors will strengthen your prayer life and faith.
When it’s an open door, you know that it is God who is really at work. Once again, remember that the Holy Spirit will give you an uneasy feeling if He wants you to keep a door closed. Sometimes the door is a little cracked open and God just wants us to persevere in prayer.
I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.
