This video below is right on target with me, as one of my Love Languages is Acts of Service. I get so grumpy when my living space is out of order. When my husband starts cleaning things up, it gives me hope and motivates me to go from overwhelmed to overjoyed. My temperament is a high Choleric (I) but my second is Melancholy and I can nose dive pretty quickly, and become so overwhelmed I don't know where to start, so I don't. Anyone get what I mean?
