MATTHEW 25:21
“His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.”

Notice three things that result from faithfulness in our lives-that we can also see in the life of Ruth:
1. COMMENDATION. “…Well done…” how well you take care of your Mother in law.
2. PROMOTION. “…ruler over many things…” Stay in this field I will protect and provide for you, worked in the field then owned the field.
3. JOY “Enter into the joy of your lord” birthed after her own kind. Man of her dreams from her field of Dreams.
So, what exactly is this essential quality in a Ruth’s life? The word “faithful” actually means to be “dependable” or “trustworthy.” God’s way of developing and testing our faithfulness is by giving us responsibility as He did the three men in the Parable of the Talents, where this verse is taken from. (MATTHEW 25:14-29)
ACTION STEP: I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself. Strive to live a life that is faithful. A faithful man/woman is bound to be blessed. Regardless, of the condition of the world the Word doesn't lie. Regardless, of the time we are living in faithfulness is a prerequisite to receiving the blessing.
