John 14:1-3
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.”

We see from the scripture above that Heaven is a real place. This real place is our Eternal Home that Christ is preparing for us who accept Him as our Redeemer. Read Romans 10:19-10. When we accept Him, we become His child. Read Ephesians chapters 1 & 2 to find out what that means.
We also learn that hell is a place of eternal torment. In Luke 16:24, we read a story Jesus told of a man’s experience in hell and his cry for relief from the flames around him, but there was no relief.
Once death claims a person, there is no second chance to change an eternity. The destination is final.

ACTION STEP: Today is not a long Blog but very weighty one. Two destinations. One decision. Have you made the decision where you will spend Eternity. Eternity is real.
