The Harvest

John 4:35
"Don't you have a saying, 'It's still four months until harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest."
Picture
The harvest isn't always what we think it will be. Years ago I worked at a bank in Gallipolis, Ohio. I worked in the loan department. We gave loans out to farmers to purchase seed. When the harvest came, they returned to pay off their loans. Sometimes the harvest wasn't very good. At those times, the bank extended the due date for collection. There is a pay day if you will, where we will be asked what we did with what God gave us. Did we plant? Did we bring Him the harvest? We will not be able to extend the due date. (Hebrews 9:27)

In the picture on the video below, I'm standing in a field that has just been cut. All that is left is the evidence, that something was once growing. What was there was harvested to fulfill its purpose; either to feed people or animals. But, someone did the work, so both they, and others could benefit. That's a great explanation of the Kingdom--of our life's purpose on this earth.

If you are having a difficult time finding or fulfilling your purpose, maybe like me you need a little help. I hired myself a coach. It cost me money I did not have, but it caused me to believe God for the monies. God brought me the monies to not only take a course, but to finish my education. Thanks be to God--who is a dream keeper not a grim reaper.  When I set my intention the "how to" followed.

ACTION STEP:  Plant. Plant yourself. Plant your gift. Give yourself wholly to what God desires of your life. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you the grace (God's ability to do through you what you can't do through yourself.) Refuse to compare yourself to others but freely give what you have received, knowing that we can never out give God. God is able to bring forth that which He sowed, all that is needed is our complete and total "YES" to all that He asks of us.

Remember, I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.

Everything can change.

Proverbs 18:15 ESV
"An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge."
Picture
The way we think, can either propel us or postpone us from fulfilling our potential, and purpose, for which we were created. Changing the way we think is difficult, but not impossible. Sometimes, the only thing needed to change, is a change in our thinking. To change our thinking, new thoughts must be introduced. In order for new thoughts to be introduced, we usually need a person. Everyone needs help from time to time. To me the help I needed was like oxygen. Maybe it is for you too? Things can change. There is hope.

ACTION STEP: Get a coach. You can coach yourself by searching the YouTube and Google, and doing what you learn. I did it for years. Then, I spent the money and got one for myself. I have not become all that I know God has for me, but I am much further along than I ever could have been without a coach. I must say, if you are a Christian it's important to get a coach who has the same faith, and beliefs, that you do. Working out of the same book cuts down on a lot of time. The Bible is the greatest book ever written.

This has been one of the hardest years if my life. I have been really sick three times and put to sleep twice, and had surgery once; and I can still say, "this has been one of the greatest years of my life." Like Caleb I am still shouting, "Give me my Mountain!" I believe you have a mountain too.

Climb the Mountain

Isaiah 2:2 ESV
"It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and shall be lifted up above the hills; and all the nations shall flow to it,"

“Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.”
Picture
A story is told about a mountain climber who liked to climb tall mountains for fun and to impress his friends. After years of preparation and training he felt he could handle any mountain terrain in the world, regardless of the degree of difficulty.
During a climbing trip, with five other men, he decided he would make the final climb to the summit, solo, so he could get there first and claim the glory, while the others slept. After the rest of the climbing party turned-in for the night, he put on his climbing gear and headed toward the summit. As he started his climb, he was very glad there was a full moon to help him see where he was going.
Although it was foolish to climb at night, alone, he did use a rope and put in good protection as he climbed. With the benefit of the full moon, he made rapid progress up the mountain, in spite of the fact he was climbing at night. His confidence soared as he neared the summit, but unfortunately, thick clouds were starting to build around the mountain, and visibility was deteriorating rapidly, as a winter storm developed. In just a few minutes visibility dropped to almost zero, as heavy clouds and fog surrounded him. It was now too late to turn back, so he continued to climb up the mountain, hoping the storm would blow by quickly.
While moving along a narrow traverse, now in total darkness, he got into some “rotten rock,” and slid down the side of the ridge and over the edge of a cliff. The good news is the protection he put in held, and he was still alive after the fall; although he now found himself dangling in the air, suspended from his rope, unable to see anything around him. The bad news is, he had loosely tied his outer heavy parka across the top of his backpack while he was climbing, and he now discovered he had lost it during the fall. Slowly the cold night air from the storm began to chill him to the bone through his lightweight inner jacket. After struggling to turn himself around in a circle, and not finding anything to grab onto, in desperation he cried out, “Oh dear God in Heaven, please help me!”
Suddenly, from above he heard a strong deep voice boom out, “Cut the rope!” “What?!” As the climber listened over the wind, once again he heard a deep voice say, “Cut the rope!”
Except for the wind, silence followed, as the climber continued to hang onto the rope, while hoping to be able to grab onto something that would enable him to climb to safety. Unable to see his true situation, the climber concluded, as most people would, that hanging onto the rope was his only hope.
The following day, the rest of his climbing party discovered him frozen to death, still dangling from his rope -- only eight feet above a large out-cropping of rock. Had the climber cut the rope, he would have dropped down to a relatively safe area, where he could have built a fire, using some of the surrounding scrub brush, and probably survived the night.

My life is getting more busy daily. I am reminded of something I learned long ago and what has become a culture at Women of Witness (a non-denominational international women's group I founded). Here it is, "Proper preparation in times of obscurity leads to proper performance while under the limelight." It's too late now to study everything that I need to know for my next assignment. If you prepare daily there is always something in the hopper for God to pull on when He needs to. What I am saying is this, opportunities come to the prepared. He who is faithful in little will be given much. If you will do the small things, God will call you to do the big things. Use your time wisely. Time only comes by a minute at a time.

Climb your mountain.

Here are a list of mountains I've been studying:
1. Mountain Of Purpose (Moses)
Exodus 3:1-10
2.Mountain Of Faith (Abraham)
Genesis 22:1-5
3. Mountain Of Fear (Elijah)
1 Kings 19:3-5; 8-9
4. The Conquered Mountain (Jesus)
1 Corinthians 15:57

Mountains God calls us to Climb:

1. Mt Ararat-God’s safe place, a place of preservation
Gen 8:1-4
Ararat is God’s safe Place, God’s preservation. This is the mountain that God himself will take us to at certain times during our ministries.

2. Mt Moriah-Personal & costly sacrifice
Gen 22
Mt Moriah, the place where God doesn’t want the 95% that we have given to him, he wants the 5% we have kept.

3. Mt Sinai-The meeting place with God
Exodus 19:17
Sinai, the mountain where we share with God our “Song of Songs”.

4. Mt Pisgah -The mountain of dreams & vision, where need to gain what God has promised.

Deut 3:27
On Mt Pisgah, God reveals to us what is ours, yet the responsibility is ours whether we go down to both gain and take possession of it.

5. Mt Calvary-The mountain we are told to climb every day, that we may take up our cross and follow Him.
Lk 23:33

Job 7:1
“Is not man forced to labor on earth,
And are not his days like the days of a hired man?

Picture
I have been reading, "The Prayer Ministry of the Church," by Watchman Nee. It has changed the way I pray. I now see myself seated with Christ in heavenly places praying from my position in Christ, with all authority down to the earth rather than, from an earthly position praying up to the heavens. I now understand that prayer is service to God and when I give myself to prayer I am serving the Lord. Just as a waiter (servant) waiting on tables, I wait upon the Lord to see what He wants but I also WATCH at all times what is going on at the table and in the room.  I have connected the message below. If it does not show up here than view in your Browser or click here: https://youtu.be/x7rRZvo0gWg
ACTION STEP: Get the book that we have been doing a series on all month. This book by Watchman Nee is available from many sources. I even found chapters available on YouTube. It is such a book of revelation and will change your prayer life from pitiful to powerful. His revelation far exceeds any revelation that I have ever heard preached in my 14 years of sitting and serving in church, and 23 years of being in ministry myself. It is a game changer.

My personal testimony is that my prayer life has changed and I am seeing greater results than any other time in my ministry and life.

Ecclesiastes 3:1
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”
The busier I am, the more time of silence is necessary for me to think. Now, I understand why Jesus chose to walk rather than stay in the boat with His disciples. We all need time alone. By now most of you know the beach is my happy place. Living in West Virginia, the mountains have to be my happy place until Condo time. They each have their own beauty, but seeing them makes me wonder, "How can anyone doubt there is a God?" But they do.

In the times that we are living, many are beginning to doubt. Fear of the unknown has paralyzed many, especially the very young and very old. The young have not lived through much, and the elderly know that their strength and abilities are not what they once were. Time changes us all.

So, what can we do? We can watch and pray. Pray to God that knows all things, that He would order our steps and tell us what we need to know. Watch what God does. Watch what God can do. Watch God in what looks like impossible situations come through for us! If you are doubting, get out of the rocking boat of a busy life, if only for an hour and go for a walk around the lake. Even Jesus needed quiet time.
ACTION STEP: Tune in tonight to restorationchurchintl.org live watch at 7PM for a message about "Watch & Pray."

This Friday at 7PM I will be speaking right outside of Elkins, WV in Millcreek at Jubilee Outreach Ministries. If you live in the Buckhannon/Elkins area I hope to see you there.  Admission is free.

Remember, I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.

Ruth 2:17
So Ruth gathered grain in the field until evening. And when she beat out what she had gleaned, it was about an ephah of barley. So Ruth gleaned in the field until evening. Then she threshed the barley she had gathered, and it amounted to about an ephah.
Picture
I often feel as though I am behind. I should be further ahead than I am. I don't know enough. I'm not good enough. The story goes as long as I will allow it. The answer to silent that conversation, "Stop it!" You and I control the narrative in our head. No one makes us think anything. Our thoughts are our choice. So, what if we have a long way to go? We choose to look at how far we've come. If we made it this far, well then--we can make it all the way.

Our goal is to make the best of the journey that we have ahead of us. I encourage you to journal your journey. Write down what your big "Ah Ha" moment that was in the middle of all you've come through. See, what your learning now, is for your teaching later. What your learning now, is for your connecting the pieces later. If you lose a piece of the puzzle now, it's hard to see the bigger picture. Too often we run ahead to the next level, dropping what we gleaned from the corners. When we were in our poor and pitiful state we thought what we had was not enough, only to find we need those pieces now. Our IQ went up because we learned something, but our EQ is still that of the wounded and neglected child. So, instead of acting like the beautiful, intelligent, confident, woman we are, we act like we think we are. That may be a poor pitiful woman or a proud imposter. Either way we have grow to be the original God created us to be, in order to fulfill the purposes for which we were created.

Glean the field your in and who knows? One day you may own that field.

ACTION STEP: Keep going. Go ahead and look back just to see how far you've come. Just don't turn around and go back. There are people waiting for you in your future. People are counting on you. Yes, I know you don't know that--yet, but you will. Believing in yourself when no one ever did is hard. Believing in yourself is tough when you've grown up with CEN (childhood emotional neglect). If you grew up with the adults in your life neglecting your emotions, then you learn to neglect your own emotions. Connect with yourself and then you will start connecting with others.

Hey, Oct. 22-23 I am going to be speaking at Lakeview Country Club. A women's conference called Women on the Wall. Register today! I want to meet you in person. Come on and be sure to come up and introduce yourself to me and tell me you are an RPMDaily.net subscriber. Together we are better.

Psalms 147:3

Psalms 51:17
"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise."

ACTION STEP:  Step back away from your life for a moment. Look at where you've come from, to where you are. If you don't like what you see, you can change it. If you do like what you see, you can share it. Either way, what you've come from is something we can all learn from, and share. Who knows whether the door you've come through, is the same door someone else can't get open. You can show them how.

I've been writing this Blog since 2014. Has it been easy? No. Have I missed a couple due to time zone changes, airplane delays, computer issues and the internet being down? Yes. But I persevered. Have I needed help? Yes.

Do I have a thousand followers? Not yet. But guess what? I am a much better writer. My punctuation has improved. It doesn't take me as long to write these. I am not nervous and pressured anymore to share what I have been learning. I use fewer words to say what I want said. I've added doing my on videos and learned how to post videos from my phone.

We don't start out as experts. We grow into experts. I'm just still growing. I can help you to begin to become--an expert. Contact me at renaperozich.com to start your coaching experience.

1 Corinthians 4:15

Real Love remembers and sticks together no matter.

Love is more than a feeling.
True love is a verb, an action.
Picture
Love is something the entire world is searching for and wanting.  But many people are like the country song lyric, “Looking for love in all the wrong places.”
What is it about love that can make a person feel and do crazy things to obtain it?
There is something about being loved and being in love that deep inside people need. It’s really not all that surprising. God created humans with the capacity and desire to love.

God gave his creation an inner void to be filled with Him. His desire is that we remember He loves us and wants us to share that love and walk in His love.
ACTION STEP:  Do something today for someone that can't repay you. Love sacrificially. Love others as you would want to be loved.

Remember I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.

Proverbs 17:17
A friend loves at all times,
And a brother is born for adversity.

Friends are friends forever if the Lord's the Lord of them. Love for my friend caused me to get in the car and drive all night long for 12 hours. Why? I remember. I love them. They just experienced a huge loss. I want to show them I care. I remember. So, I put the love in action. I'm sorry this blog is late but, I knew you would understand. Thanks for being you.

ACTION STEP: If you have the time watch the above video. Write someone you love, call them up, visit them. Let the people you love know that you remember them.

Pray for me and my friend over the next few days. I am grateful for your prayers.

Remember, I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.
