Kick your feet up Friday.

You all know I love shoes, and since it's "Kick your feet up Friday" I thought I'd show off my shoes! It's been an intense week, but hey--we are still here and kicking up our feet, (pun intended). 

I hope these Vlogs are helping you, and that perhaps you are realizing, or just learning about yourself, perhaps why you get triggered; and how you can use those triggers to steer your life in the right direction; rather than drowning in the waters of abandonment and rejection.


Early childhood experiences are the biggest contributor to developing abandonment issues when you become an adult. The traumatic event might include the loss of a parent by divorce or death or not getting enough physical or emotional care as a child. Emotional abandonment occurs when parents:
  • Do not let their children express themselves emotionally
  • Ridicule their children
  • Put too much pressure on their children to be “perfect”
  • Treat their children like their peers
Abandonment issues happen when a parent or caregiver does not provide the child with consistent warm or attentive interactions, leaving them feeling chronic stress and fear. The experiences that happen during a child’s development will often continue into adulthood. This is why abandonment issues become more prevalent as you get older and can affect your relationships.

ACTION STEP: ​I am a big advocate of fasting. I am not saying I like to fast, I don't. I enjoy the benefits of fasting. I hear better. I am less physically uncomfortable. I have more energy. It affords me more time because I am not preparing meals. That being said, kick up your feet and allow yourself time to process your week. Take time to do a little safe care. Be good to yourself. "Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God."

Welcome back. The last few days we have been discussing "Attachment Types." For some of you this is old information, you knew about this subject. You are an expert. Others of us were caught off guard. We didn't know why we act the way we do. We thought we were helpless in our state. We felt like that Goose. We lived life  plummeted by our circumstances, with no hope of flying above our reality. I am here to tell you there is no death warrant on a child of God, because in the God of the Resurrection we will rise again. 

My prayer for you and for me this year, actually for all of us--is that God would reveal our Blind Spots and our weaknesses; that in Him weaknesses would become strengths, and Blind Spots, would become lenses to see the world the way Jesus sees the world. We can be leaders of the flock! Once we know the way, we can show others the way.

ACTION STEP: Look back over the last couple days of this Blog and let it really settle in to you, and speak to you. Abandonment and rejection can impair a person's ability to trust others, make it harder for a person to feel worthy or be intimate. These fears could make a person prone to anxiety, depression, codependence, or other issues. Abandonment issues are also linked to borderline personality (BPD) and attachment anxiety. This is not a death sentence! This is an opportunity to take the oxygen from above and put it on your own face first, and then tend to those around you, just like on an airplane. God has plans for you. Now, go do the work so you can get to work! You truly are accepted. You are priceless. You are called to be a leader!

Are you a "Performer" or a "Person"?

"I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet's son; but I was a herdsman, and a farmer of sycamore figs; and the LORD took me from following the flock, and the LORD said to me, 'Go, prophesy to my people Israel.'
Welcome back to RPMDaily.net. So, glad to have you with me today. We've been discussing issues such as rejection and abandonment and how these issues affect us and keep us from reaching our destiny. 

When we are young and experience abandonment or rejection, the probability of having trust issues, outburst of anger, and attachment problems, in adulthood is very high. But, just because we once experienced this, or have a tendency to this, does not give us a life sentence. Jesus Christ is our healer and our deliverer, and He can, and will do just that. However, it will take hard work and learning some new ways of processing information, so we are not controlled by our past; but use our past to propel us into our destiny that Christ has for us. 

In the chart below see if you can locate yourself? I see myself as Ambivalent Attachment. It took me awhile to study each of these types out and I am by no means an expert--yet! I am set to know this subject better than anyone because I want to help set people free and equip them to go and do the same for others.

ACTION STEP: It doesn't matter what happened to you , it matters what you do with what happened to you. Reminder of the scripture I opened up with today: "I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet's son; but I was a herdsman, and a farmer of sycamore figs; and the LORD took me from following the flock, and the LORD said to me, "Go, prophesy to my people Israel." You may feel like you are no one and a nobody, but know this the Lord came come and take you at ay time and set you in your destiny. In your destiny is where you will find fulfillment and joy. There is no reason to perform when you find out you are a person that Jesus gave His life. We don't need more performers, we need real people, that can show the world what is possible when person faces their past with the help of others and the help of Jesus Christ.

Thanks for joining me today of RPMDaily.net. 

I am excited for this New Year. I always get excited as a Prophet for the New Year because I live with a spirit of expectation that God is going to tell me something that will benefit His Body. In case you are new to RPMDaily.net this is a Christian platform but I don't always talk about God, but I do talk about people issues, hurts, hero's, troubles and trails.

​It is a passion of mine to learn and then teach others. I want people to have access to all that they need to be who God called them to be. So, I study. Guess you could say I am a "People Geek." Rather than carrying around a protractor in my pocket--I carry people in my heart.

Fighting back at what's fighting you.

Experience is not what happened to you, it's what you do with what happened to you.

How do I know this? Because I have been abandoned and rejected numerous times. This caused me to have low self-esteem, impaired my ability to trust others, be overly zealous to please others, to have a sense of jealousy, to control or worst yet allow myself to be controlled, and at times turn away from people for fear of being rejected and abandoned again. This is just a list of some of things I had to fight, that were constantly at war with me and who I am; and worst yet, enemies of my destiny that I am still fighting to overcome.

I'd like to say I have slain all these giants, but fact of the matter is--I am still at war. I know I have won the battle and have the victory in Christ, but daily I must renew my mind and set myself on a path of continued correction. What do I mean by that? I mean that when I think one way I must align that thought with the word of God and the truth about what I am feeling. Feelings lie. Just because we feel a certain way does not mean that something or someone is that way. What are the facts? Have you asked any questions of yourself, others or God? Assumptions can lead us down the wrong path quickly and off the cliff. Sometimes, I just need someone to talk me off the ledge. 

I have thought that a person didn't like me. Truth was they were intimidated by me. Why? Because I came off over confident because in reality I was covering up for my low self-esteem.  Another time someone share with me that a particular group of women did not like me and the reason was, they thought I was "Stuck-up." The person sharing with me knew better, but confided that because I tried so hard to be perfect and wouldn't allow anyone in, to really know me--but rather kept them at arms distance, they assumed I thought I was better than them. In reality, I was afraid to trust them. I was afraid of being hurt. 

It's interesting how when you age, you care less about what others think and if Jesus is your Lord...you care more about what He thinks and helping others learn (OPE-by Other Peoples Experiences) rather than the hard way you had to learn.

Action Steps: Do a time line of your life and write down all the significant events in your life. Then take a good look at what you wrote. What stood out? Why? Those memories stood out for a reason. Ask the hard questions of yourself, such as why did I pick that? How did that change me? Is there anything I can learn from it? 

If you're like me you will begin to recognize an event in which something changed. Something got dropped. It was more valuable than that cell phone. It was a gift--a calling, that is necessary to pick back up, and use it to get to your destiny.

ACTION STEP: ​This is the year to awaken. We will get it done in 2021! We are the church. We are God's temple. We are God's house. We need to get our house in order. Follow these step to rev up your New Year and reinvent yourself.
1. Reaffirm your relationship with God, Mic. 6:8
2. Review and Reflect on last year. Ps. 139:23-24
3. Repent-confess your sins and ask God to forgive you. 1 John 1:9
4. Refresh-ask God to refresh you and give you a new vision. Jer. 29:11
5. Renew-Ask God to help you see your life from His perspective and renew your commitment to His vision and purpose for your life. Rom. 12:2
6. Resolve-Phil. 3:14
7. Record-Heb. 4:16
8. Rest-Ps. 145:14​

A New Year and a new you revving up your spiritual engine.

The definition of idle words - empty rhetoric or insincere or exaggerated talk; "that's a lot of wind"; "don't give me any of that jazz" jazz, malarkey, malarky, nothingness, wind. talk, talking - an exchange of ideas via conversation; "let's have more work and less talk around here

Definition of idle is to spend time doing nothing, I idled away the afternoon, to run without being connected for doing useful work.


"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers, to keep away from every brother who is 
idle and does not live according to the
teaching you received from us. nor 
did we eat anyone's food without paying for it.

If we are not moving, or doing, or learning, or thinking, or serving or ???? We are idle. To be idle is to stop, it's to be in a neutral position. God has not called us to be idle. The first two letters of God's own name is "Go." In the Word of God, God Himself tells us to go make disciples of all the earth. We have got to be on the go and having the green to do this. I am all about going green (money). It takes green to exchange diesel fuel for power, to take the gospel from Palau to 3.7 billion people in 17 nations of the world through Hope Radio.

New Year and a new you.

At the dawn of the new year I'm filled with hope for what is to come, and I have thankfulness in my heart for what has already passed. I pray that I will keep my focus where it needs to be this year and that we'll all have a year filled with joy, love and happiness.

I declared 2021 to be The Year of Awakening. I believe like many people, myself included, that we have fallen asleep spiritually with our gifts. Oh, they didn't go anywhere, we just let go; like when you fall asleep with your cell phone in your hand and it slams down on your face. Been there, done that. You? I would have loved to seen that.

​No problem finding that phone, even though I dropped it. God's grace is saying pick back up that gift I gave you and start using it. Instead of complaining about what happened to you and why you dropped your gift--just be glad it's still there. Yes, I know you have a big red bump where "that thing" hit you, but it didn't destroy you. This new year is a year of new opportunities. This new year is a year to use what you've been given, not fall asleep with it.

ACTION STEP:  Get up just 15 minutes earlier and allow yourself time with God before anyone or anything gets your attention. Ask God to order your day and put you on assignment for His purposes for your life. Don't know what your giftings are? Well, start there. Write down what energizes you? What makes you mad or sad? Is that something you were created to solve? The bigger problems we solve the more money we make. Pick up your gift and put it into service. The more we serve others with our gifts the more doors will be opened for us. Awaken to the possibilities.

The year of Awakening

Rises – Strong’s 6965 – קוּם – quwm = to arise, to stand, to be set, to fulfill, to establish, to endure, to stir up, to carry out. Often used with a sense of rising in preparation or rising in power.


Quwm does not refer to getting out of bed, which is an entirely different word in Hebrew (shakam). It refers to rising up with a plan and a purpose. This is what we see the wife of noble character doing.

My One Word for 2021 is WISDOM. It's wise to wake up early and get my day started. I know many of you go on these journeys to being ones best self with me so, I am attaching a video to help us. And, on that note I am learning how to do my own You Tube channel, so I can begin to share my own You Tubes with you rather than people neither of us know. ACTION STEP: Go ahead and bite the bullet with me. If you haven't picked out a Bible Journal I love my Lyfebooks Scribe Journal. I am reading the Passion Translation right now. I just finished the writings of Paul in chronological order. Getting up earlier has taken the "Hurry hurry rush rush" out of my mornings. I am so much calmer. I will be sharing more throughout this year of what I am learning.

You were created on purpose for a purpose.

Exodus 9:16
"But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth"

We were created by God on purpose for a purpose. Finding that purpose is hard for some and for others purpose seemingly finds them. A child prodigy sits down at a piano and plays like an accomplished pianist without ever taking a lesson has found his or her purpose. It would be great if we all entered into life with such a plan but truth is many never find their purpose for which they were created. Many live their lives unfulfilled and lacking the satisfaction of knowing they ran their race.

Here are some scriptures to read today:

"He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace" (2 Timothy 1:9).

"I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted" (Job 42:2).

"Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails" (Proverbs 19:21).

"The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out" (Proverbs 20:5).

"Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose" (Philippians 2:12-13).

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).

ACTION STEP:  Read Isaiah 61 and Luke 4 and see how even Jesus found his purpose in the word of God. I found my purpose in the meaning of my name when I happened upon the Hebrew spelling "Rinnah" meaning joyful singing and shouting. The type of singing and shouting that God did over His people when they returned to Zion under Zerubbabel after being in Babylonian captivity. Then one day in prayer I heard him clearly say to me I've called you to preach, pray and prophesy. I have never been more fulfilled than doing what I am doing. 

God is no respecter of persons. What He did for me, He will do for others.
