Our Lord is and always will be the greatest leader ever. The Lord lead by example. The Lord used the principle we all are aware of "Watch, See, Do". Our Lord chose twelve. However, there were those He told, "Come follow me..." We don't know all there names. We don't even know how many refused to follow. We do know He said there would be a 30-60-100 fold principle at work. I hate that. I want everyone to be a 100% but even Jesus's ministry did not have that kind of success. But, He kept trying to make others better even until His death. I want to live like that. I don't want to create a bunch of followers. I desire and have a mandate from God to create more leaders. I want to be sure that when I am gone I leave in my wake hundreds of people who can easily do what I do and do it better, faster and with more love for those they lead. So, where do I begin? I begin by being an example others can follow. I ask myself can those that see my life "Watch-See-Do"? Is it that clear? Can those that tour my life see clearly my footsteps? Do they know that when there is only one set of steps it is because I was willing to carry them until they were strong enough to walk on their own once again. Galatians 6:9 (NIV) "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." I am still going for the 100% and if I can help you please contact me. rperozich@mfcministries.net
