Just because people hear does mean they heard it or they will do it.
To be the best, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable, and embrace it as a part of your growth process.
The best can see where there is room for improvement and their humility and passion drives them to improve.
The average ones however, don't see it or don't want to see it.
Even more disheartening for me is to study and share the Word of God, know people hear the Word, but do nothing with it. It is takes longer than they think it should, so they give up and return to their old ways. They refuse to act on the Word and wait for the promises of God.
