I also recently read an article that said, "Good" used to mean "Holy" and even though language has changed the title given today has remained the same.
I always wondered why they called "Good Friday", "Good Friday." Once I became a Christian and realized what happened on Friday, I realized why it was and is still good. As I grew in my faith I came to know it is was good Friday, because without a Good Friday there would never have been a Resurrection Sunday. I came to know how much Jesus did for me and how much Father God loved me. The entire crux of our Christianity rest in this sacrifice and gift. I also recently read an article that said, "Good" used to mean "Holy" and even though language has changed the title given today has remained the same. I happened upon this video while looking for something meaningful to share with you. I'm not sure why all these people live together, but they say in the below video that they do. Their voices are beautiful and the Spirit of the Lord is definitely present. If you have to spend today alone I pray this ministers to you. Here is the link in case the video doesn't show up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IdKBXbcA0c&feature=em-uploademai ACTION STEP: As you watch and listen to this video I pray that you will be touched as never before. During this time of quarantining may you realize how blessed you truly are. Thank God for technology that allows us to be together, though we may be miles apart. Praise God for music, the word of God and the presence of the Holy Ghost. You are loved and Christ would have died if only for you--in fact He did. Praise be to God for the unparalleled gift. My prayer for all of us--for the entire world is that this day we would all unite in bringing His Kingdom to earth and His will being done on earth as it is in Heaven. Amen.
