ACTION STEP: Strive to be God's PET today. Give Him all your Passion, your Energy, and your Thoughts. When I learn to filter my thoughts and emotions, feelings and decisions through His Word rather than my experiences things work out so much better, for everyone involved. I have greater peace. I like me better. When I like me better, I treat others better. I have spent most of my life being extremely hard on myself. I told myself to suck it up, and get over it. It's hard telling myself it's okay to feel things. It's okay, not to be okay. I will not make everyone happy. I can not fix everything for everyone. I am allowed to just be me. Of course, I will try and I do, to be the very best version of me; but I am not going to pretend or perform to be someone I am not. Being me, allows others to be them. God can have more than one PET. I don't know how, but I don't have too--I'm not God! Enjoy the journey. As disciples, let's just examine our own heart. That will keep us all too busy to be judging others.
