Ephesians 2:8-10

When I feel the smallest and most insignificant I try to be the biggest. In other words, I try to do to others what I would want others to do for me. Sometimes, that is hard because we have to push past our own insecurities and emotional scares.
There will be a special reward for those Christians who persevere in doing good works: “If we endure, we shall also reign with Him.” Ruling with Christ is a privilege reserved solely for those believers who “[do] not grow weary while doing good.” All believers will be in the kingdom; yet not all will reign with Christ. If it’s a privilege to serve in the administration of a president or monarch today, imagine how much more of a privilege it will be to serve in the administration of the King of kings and Lord of lords!
Think of this as a “perseverance prize.” In a marathon, a runner has to “hang in there” for the entire 26 miles of the race in order to receive the medal. No medal is given for finishing part of the course—even 25 miles. Only by enduring to the end can a person win this prize.
The Lord Jesus promised a special reward for those who are faithfully serving Him when they go to be with Him. He places special importance on finishing the Christian race well.

ACTION STEP: Be outward focused not self-conscious. You have the power to make another person's day. Rather than concerning oneself with all the thoughts pf how nervous we are, or how uncomfortable we feel, or even how the feelings of insecurities arise from childhood abandonment or trauma--think about making others feel accepted, loved, admired or appreciated.
Ask questions and listen with the heart of God so you can truly respond in a God instructed way. You and I have the opportunity to be an extension of God everyday.
We are the most blessed people in the world. Today, don't allow feelings to get in the way of fulfilling the call of God on your life.
I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself.
