Look at (Mark 9:35, NKJV)"And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
Being a leader is tough. This is why a leader needs to be tough. The Bible tells us that the righteous are as bold as lions. When we stay in right standing with Jesus and with others, we can correct others with boldness. It is always wise to be sure that we are scrubbed of our own agendas, and that we do everything in love. Love never fails. Love wants the best for others. Sometimes wanting the best and doing what's right is costly.
Be willing to pay the cost today. If you need to correct, do it the way Jesus did. It is always a win-win when we follow the example of our Savior.
