Sometimes in our lives we have no warning that a storm is upon us. From outside indications we would have assumed that it was to be a bright, sunny day...but the winds change and you now find yourself in the midst of a storm, with nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. It is too late to look for Bible Scriptures and calling your Pastors up who are miles away won't do you any good either. Many people might try to leave where they are and run out in to the storm uncovered and unprotected. Your best option, however, is to get on your knees, pray and hunker down to ride out the storm.
It is in the storms that we find out what we are made out of. Some people may awake from a storm in a panic, others awaken in prayer. Today, should you find the winds suddenly changing, remember that the anchor holds.
Mark 4:39 (KJV) “And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm".
