Driving down route 130 to Holden Beach North Carolina you come to a bridge right before you see the ocean. This picture doesn’t really do it justice. It appears the bridge goes nowhere. Intrigued by its design I decided to take several pictures. It wasn’t until after I went back and looked at the pictures that I saw another optical illusion. I saw Jesus on the cross right before the bridge. Immediately I thought about how He is always there, always with us and we so seldom see Him. He never leaves us.
Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV) “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Even when we fail to see Him and the road we are to take seems impossible to cross He is there.
