- Genesis 1:27-28 God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
- Genesis 2:24 a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
- Proverbs 30:18-19 are three things that amaze me—no, four things that I don’t understand: how an eagle glides through the sky, how a snake slithers on a rock, how a ship navigates the ocean, how a man loves a woman.
If you missed our Marriage Seminar (#marriage2018) then plan to be with us next year. We learned many things from some of the greats. "Smart Love~ How Improving Your Emotional Intelligence Will Transform Your Marriage by David A. Stoop and Dr. Jan Stoop. We also looked at "The Man Manual 10 Steps to Better Understanding Your Man by Lucas Tindell (Author), Stephan Labossiere (Foreword). These are great books and we encourage you to read these over the next 12 months and then join us again in February 2019. The above illustration is a poor depiction of what a man and woman truly are. God the creator, created male and female in His image. They are the greatest creation ever. For far too long we have misunderstood one another, so we have mislabeled and misused one another. We need to go back to the manual, and find out what God says about His creation. When we understand from a Biblical perspective our roles and His rules, then we can truly appreciate our differences and bring the best out in one another. Men are processors and women must learn the proper way to program her man. If there is a problem with the computer a good programmer can understand and reboot, get rid of the virus and even reprogram. Many women ruin the processor because of operator error. The "Eve Principle" tells us that a woman that is deceived can ruin a man, and a family. As women we need to work on ourselves first, and pray to the maker to work on our men. When all else fails, return the computer to the manufacturer by prayer, and shipping is always free. See you next year. #marriage2019
