We hear all the time no payment due for 90 days. In our society we look for benefits now and pay later. It has become the American way. Our nation has borrowed money beyond what can be paid for many generations. No matter how many times you delay there will come a day when you must pay before you can go any further. We may not pay attention to what we eat until we are fifty but the day will come when we will have a suddenly that is being created by delaying the disciplines of eating properly. We will have to stop and pay the toll-the price we failed to pay. When the cost is delayed it becomes much more expensive and probably has to be dealt with in a crisis setting. The daily disciplines of paying as you go which would include your health, your finances, your marriages and even the raising of children requires us to deal daily and pay as you go.
By the time you are sitting in the doctor’s office or the bankruptcy attorneys office or even the principal’s office at your child's school the value of daily dealing will become evident. Today if you are in the position to do anything about any of these or other topics that require daily dealings I want to encourage you to face the toll and pay the price. It will cost you less and be less of a crisis and be less controlling of your time, monies and energies. Simply stated, those who fail to plan--plan to fail.
In the book of Ecclesiastes 3:1 it is written (NKJV) " To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:” May God help you and give you grace for the season you are in.
