So, I got out of bed. I refuse to be less than what God has called me to be. God has given us all potential and it's up to us to fulfill that potential. Hard work...works.
So, I will just be honest with you. I wanted to stay in bed today, and not do my daily disciplines. That's right. I just wanted to pull the covers back up over my head and sleep. It seems I have been busy since Christmas. I went back to sleep and literally dreamed of a woman in a small one room apartment complaining about her circumstances, and all the things she didn't like about her life. I was visiting her and writing my Blog at the same time. I was sharing with her what I do even when I don't feel like it. Well, never the less when I woke up, it was a lot easier to get out of bed and write my Blog, read my Bible, study my Gems 1. Watch this video. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (NIV) "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Discipline, consistency and hard work pay off. When you get what you aspire to get and be, then reach back and help someone become what they are called to be. "Each one help one." See in our church, we just went to two services. We say, "Attend one~Serve one." That is what God has called us to do.
So, I got out of bed. I refuse to be less than what God has called me to be. God has given us all potential and it's up to us to fulfill that potential. Hard work...works.
