Many of us have waited all year for this night. Whether we are the young, or simply the young at heart, we look forward to the night, that presents are set under the tree; or better yet, we gather together at a loved ones homes, and open at least one gift! Well, tonight I am asking you to gather at Jesus's house.
No matter where you live, find a church that celebrates the birth of Jesus and join them for one of their services. Many churches have a midnight eve service. We have a 7 PM to 8 PM service. But, find one in your area and then attend as a family. Come together as the family that God made, to celebrate the way He made us family. God made us family through His Son Jesus. If we don't have Jesus we can't be true family. Oh, we may be related by the natural blood of man--but, it is the Blood of Jesus that washes away our sins and makes us the family of God.

This is a really good old song we use to sing, at the church I grew up. We'd all sing this song and go around and shake one another's hands, and give one another a hug. Most of the older folks use to cry. I always wondered why? Now I cry too. There is something very special about belonging to the family of God.
ACTION STEP: Reach out to those around you and invite them to go to a service at your local church with you. Don't have a local church? Then, what better night than tonight to find a church family that you can belong to? Introduce someone to Jesus tonight. It will be the greatest gift you can give to someone and it is guaranteed to fit everyone!

You and I are the "Family of God". We all want to be a part of something. The greatest thing we can be a part of is, "The Family of God." Let's set the example for the world.
