2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
As a Christian, I am a citizen of the United States, but first and foremost, I am a citizen of heaven. Philippians 3:20 “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” My allegiance to my heavenly country comes first, and it directs my behavior of a citizen of this country we call America. However, my heavenly allegiance will make me a responsible and conscientious citizen of my earthly nation.
ACTION STEP: If you have not already voted. Go vote. If you have voted pray God's will be done. You and I have no rights to complain if we don't exercise the rights we have.
