All I need is you to be there. Walk-ins welcome. You don't want to miss this. We are stronger together. Our destinies await us. I will see you there.
Titus 2:3-5(AMP) "Older women similarly are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor addicted to much wine, teaching what is right and good, o that they may encourage the young women to tenderly love their husbands and their children, to be sensible, pure, makers of a home [where God is honored], good-natured, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored. I always seemed to know what to say when my girls were little. If I showed up and did whatever they imagined we were good to go. Okay I'm Strawberry Shortcake and your Blueberry Muffin. Yep this was easy. All smiles and dress up, real tea and a crown--successful Tea-time. Many years have passed. My little girls are women now. We don't dress up much anymore. In fact we love being dressed down. Saturday however we will be together again. My mother, my daughters, and me all at the same table, and a hundred or more other women--some I call daughter too. We will be different ages, different styles, colors, backgrounds, and yet we will all be together. We will be bond by generations of women who have gone on before us and led the way, blazed the trails, and left us with memories. We will celebrate life, love, friendship, and faith. So Saturday really matters. I want to share the things of life that my 61 years have taught me. I want to share how to stay married for over 40 years. I want to share the things I've learned about having and raising children. There are so many things I want to say and there will be so little time. I tell myself just show up and just like with my little girls, we will just enjoy being together. Just being together will bring a smile to all our faces. We will enjoy dressing up and all the yummy treats. I pray God helps me to fulfill the call of God upon my life and the mandate from our Savior. I know the tables will be perfect. I've got the best staff in the world. I share life with some of the greatest women in the world and they've got it covered. My husband is on my side and he has all the techy stuff connected.
All I need is you to be there. Walk-ins welcome. You don't want to miss this. We are stronger together. Our destinies await us. I will see you there.
