Psalm 139:13-14
“for it was You who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I will praise You because I have been fearfully and wonderfully made."

God says you are fearfully made, what He means is when God made you, He made you full of respect, reverence, honor, and awe. It is because God is worthy of respect, that we are respectfully made. It is because God is worthy of reverence, that we are made in reverence.
Often times I have struggled with my worth. I have felt as if I was worthless. Nothing I did mattered. Nothing I said was worthy of validation. I just was. I was a burden. I was stupid. It has taken a long time, but I have come to the realization that I have worth, and therefore I am worthy to be respected and honored.

ACTION STEP: Make a list of affirmations. Go ahead. Affirm yourself. Now, I know that was hard. If you still need help find out who you are in the word of God. There is a book called "In Him" and it list who you are in Christ. You are valuable. You are worth the death of God's only son, Jesus. That's what God thinks.
